Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Please note all sales are final. In the case you receive an item damaged or not in the condition as shown in photos please email us at sales@Claudehome.com within 48 hours of delivery. In the case of a return, Claude Home is not responsible for items which are lost in transit and will not be responsible for replacing a refunding an item which is not received within 14 days of receiving the return label. If your item is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit during a return, Claude Home is not responsible for issuing a replacement or refund for this item.  Requests for amendments or cancellations must be made within 72 hours of any order placement. Cancellations are not accepted after components have been obtained or due to differences between estimated and actual completion times. No reimbursements will be given in the event of delays, mistakes, or duplicates. ________________________________________________________________

All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. Kindly allow 5-7 business days after purchase for order processing.   

In-Stock and Small Orders

All in stock items are set to ship within 5-7 business days. 

Oversized Furniture 

All oversized furniture items are shipped via freight with a lead time depending on the state and country of delivery.

Made to Order 

Please note your order will be shipped to you directly by our individual vendors, artists, and designers, therefore shipping times may vary depending on your proximity to your article’s country of origin. We work alongside independent manufacturers around the world which means the delivery timeframes indicated in your confirmation order email are estimates and are also impacted by where your piece is made and whether your piece requires additional packaging preparation prior to shipment. 

Promotions and Sale

Within 7 days of a promotion, we offer price adjustments for full-priced items when no other offers were applied. Store credit will be granted for the difference in price before taxes. Customers cannot combine promotional offers, such as site-wide and shipping discounts.

International VAT & Customs Duty

Should you reside in a country that imposes added duties to imported merchandise, you will be requested to cover the additional fee. When the package is shipped back to us and arrives unharmed, we will issue a refund minus the cost of return postage. In the event that duty is not accepted and the package is abandoned, we cannot offer compensation; similarly, if the piece is sent back to us damaged or broken, we are unable to provide a refund.
